Reston has excellent paths, pools and parks, and very little indoor court and turf time when the weather turns. PSA Sports Club fills that gap about twenty minutes away in Sterling.
Two hard courts, two indoor turf fields and three training cages run on reserved blocks, so a Reston team can hold the same weekly hour from September through May without chasing gym permits.
Weekday afternoons run youth programs and after-school sessions; evenings shift to leagues, adult pickup and team rentals.

Drive times are approximate off-peak estimates from the center of Reston. Add ten to fifteen minutes for weekday evening traffic on Route 28 and Route 7.
